Allard Real Estate represented decades of
knowledge and experience in commercial real estate transactions. Bob's expertise
in market analysis, brokerage, site selection, and lease negotiations offered
real estate services for various firms.
While Bob spent the first twenty-five years of his professional life in
commercial real estate, he transitioned into the public sector for the final
fifteen years of his career. This web site is no longer maintained for
commercial purposes but has now morphed into a running documentary of Bob and
Judy Allards' new lives as retirees in Southern California. Judy retired in 2003
after serving thirty-five years as a flight attendant for American Airlines. I
have relinquished my former titles of City Assessor and Chief Financial Officer
and now I'm proud to say that I'm the Director of Fun.
Bob and Judy's SoCal adventures can be accessed by the two
links shown above;
"Adventures" and "Adventures by Date." The "Adventures" page shows a list of our
activities here in SoCal in alphabetical order for easy searching and the
"Adventures by Date" page is in chronological order with the most recent
adventure shown first. Upon Bob's retirement as City Assessor for the city of
Worcester, MA, his brokerage licenses in Massachusetts and New York have gone
from an active to an inactive status.
If you're thinking of visiting or moving to Southern California, these
activities and experiences may be of interest to you.
