April 8, 2017 - We get the San Bernardino Sun delivered to us daily and like most newspapers they have occasional give-a-ways for their readers. I usually enter these contests and I recently won four tickets to see Circus Vargas. Not knowing what to expect, we made the trip to Ontario, CA to see their performance today under the big top. This circus has been around since 1969, the brainchild of Clifford E. Vargas. For the 2017 season, Circus Vargas is performing a "retro-futuristic production" called Steam Cirque.
The crossbow artist had many feats of skill including splitting a rose stem.
We really enjoyed the show because the performers were very talented in all of their specialized feats. Judy especially enjoyed it because she had never before been to the circus!
