December 18, 2024 - Wednesday - We decided to have a quiet nature day before the hectic holiday season. We were in Chino Hills, CA to see the English Springs Park. It got its name from the natural springs that were historically present in the area. The eight acre park surrounds a lake that plays a role during rainy days. It is a catch basin, designed to hold extra water during periods of rain.
We couldn't identify the two birds below, but they may be young ducklings.
It's a lovely park, very serene and peaceful. It was a good opportunity for Judy to log in about a half mile pushing Nelly, her walker.
After the park we headed over to In-N-Out for lunch.
Double doubles and well done fries.
