February 27, 2019 - Wednesday - Judy has been extremely patient waiting for today's adventure. After two years of construction and spending at least $2 billion, the new Soboba Casino Resort has finally opened. Soboba Casino had previously operated in a tent structure since 1995 and we had gone to the old casino a few times. The new casino, which officially opened on February 19, 2019, is owned and operated by the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians.
The casino is huge and is quite attractive.
This is their "Stadium Virtual Gaming" setup for multiple games, individually chosen.
I just gambled a little, and lost $22.00. Judy did much better, walking away with a nice profit and more importantly, she had fun! We ate at the casino but, it was just standard fare.
